All of our programs are demand driven – when employers say they need employees, that is when we run these programs. Our Fast Track Programs

Uniquely Abled Academy

Students with high-functioning autism receive training through the Center for Applied Competitive Technologies and are placed with local aerospace companies as CNC machinists.

CNC Machinist Training

Many industries require very precise parts that only Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines can produce.

Our 8-week program trains and prepares participants for entry-level jobs as operators for these CNC machines. This program offers a career pathway that is in high demand with natural upward mobility and advancement.

Participants will learn the necessary skills to succeed in the field, and graduates are guaranteed interviews with local manufacturers.

Low Observable Program

Are you interested in starting a career through experience and exposure, while supporting a mission that seeks to ensure the security of our nation and its allies?

If so, then Northrop Grumman and COC’s Low Observable program may be for you.

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Training

This 160-hour course is a blend of classroom learning and hands-on practice. After taking this course, you will know all of the technical and hands-on skills necessary to prepare for the CDL skills test.

Forklift Training

Forklift certification provides you with the knowledge and understanding of safe forklift operations, which may reduce the risk of injuries while ensuring legal compliance.

We offer both initial forklift certification as well as recertification.
