Ellen Kane, CPIM, has over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing manufacturing and distribution systems (both computer and manual) to solve “real world” supply chain and operational problems. She has held data processing and line management positions in several manufacturing companies as well as founding her own consulting business.
Prior to forming Ellen Kane & Associates, Ellen was directly responsible for software development, enhancements, and total company implementations in both manufacturing and software development companies. She held positions including Vice President of Planning, Director of Data Processing, and Project Manager. In her consulting practice, she has helped numerous manufacturing companies select, implement and get fully trained on their business software (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
Ellen is certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) by the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) and is past president of the San Fernando Valley chapter of ASCM (formerly APICS). She currently holds the position of Director of Education for local ASCM chapter. She has been a guest speaker at local chapter meetings and is a recognized APICS instructor. She received her BA degree in mathematics from UCLA.
Dr. Sweet has over 25 years of business executive experience working with all levels of employees in the design, development, coaching, and execution of business and human resources strategies and initiatives. Dr. Sweet offers expert guidance and trusted HR strategic solutions in the areas of Employee Engagement, Training & Development, Performance Management, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, Business Communications, Leadership Coaching, Strategic Planning, and HR/Legal Compliance.
Prior to being the President/CEO of Learning Transfer Institute Inc and Synchronized HR, Dr. Sweet worked internally as the top Human Resources Executive for several companies throughout her career. Dr. Sweet has been an Executive/Management Coach for Drucker Institute and Zenger Folkman Extraordinary Leader Programs as well as a Training Partner/Facilitator with Franklin Covey, DISC, Myers-Briggs, TalentSmart Emotional Intelligence, DDI, and SHRM certification training content.
Dr. Sweet is the author of The Positive Transfer of Learning from Training to Changed Behaviors at the Job and has served as a keynote speaker for various business topics. As a university professor, Dr. Sweet has taught Human Resources Management and Leadership Programs for University of Phoenix’s MBA and BA programs. She has served as a panel expert for the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) Metrics Committee. She also serves as a member of the Pepperdine’s Doctoral Program of Comprehensive Examination Panel.
Dr. Sweet received her doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, her MBA from University of Redlands, and her BS in Economics from Rutgers University. Dr. Sweet has been certified by HR Certificate Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Mike has been training peers, colleagues and employees for over 15 years. These trainees include business owners to entry level positions, in nearly every industry you can imagine. Mike has found one key to success is utilizing this experience for both inter- and intra-industry applications. The functional areas are as comprehensive, from quality and engineering to finance and sales. He finds a way to turn the technical into understandable, and the diverse into relatable.
Mike truly enjoys sharing his knowledge, expertise, and experience through training and mentoring at all skill / knowledge levels. In addition to his Professional Certifications, Mike is an FAA Commercial Helicopter Pilot and trained in Miller Heiman Strategic Selling and Karrass Effective Negotiating. Mike serves on several Non-Profit Boards of Directors including the Southern California Chapter of the Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA).

Meena has more than 25 years’ experience in designing and delivering path-breaking curriculum and training methodology that serves the needs of clients who want to retain and expand their customer pool. She has specialized in manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, media, and software industries. Meena has traveled extensively, having lived and worked in different cultures where she has helped her clients improve communication skills and achieve demanding training objectives. She has her master’s degree in Administrative Science from the University of Alabama and an Advance Professional Certification in Instructional Design from Cal State University in Northridge. Meena’s corporate experience blended with her expertise in understanding international cultures gives her a unique edge in meeting the challenges of the training industry.
